After tens of thousands of families fled Kobanê, the reception camps around Suruç lacked the most basic supplies – above all food for babies and small children.
S.A.Z. Kinderhilfswerk procured baby food worth 120,000 lira and, together with local volunteers, distributed it directly to affected families.
